Cheat Cheat

But who told you that this wrong?!

First of all cheating develop several skills like -choose the idea that you need and parathrase it; then reread the topic once again-as you know repeating is better than learning by heart :); moreover cheating some dates and afterwards develop the idea -increase your imagination and logical structure- That is cheating!

Now -What is wrong about this?

we steal the ideas and we do not want to develop ourselves-it is criminal :)

The solutions?!

  • Give the students easy explaining topics-interesting for them

  • Do not charge them with the themes or subjects that they never will accept .

    • Make the lessons in a such way they would like to cheat and imitate you but not your papers.

    • Support them encourage them accept their own ideas and opinions but not fail the papers just because you do not like them.

Hi

I think the students from the 5th Form will appreciate it :)))

I hope the tests starts to be more not a stressful moment but just an interactive assignment that dear students have to pass-Tick the correct option :)

Poster-a simple paper with some images or maybe colourful photos, sometimes real :), and of course  info that was asked by a Teacher :?
What about some more attractive- Glogster proposed by BBC.  Informative Attractive Talkative Movable!
The sites like Infographics, Glogster and Thinglink-are for those who want to create an attractive poster but more memorable one.
This week I decided to impress my 12 th Form students with  easy remebered information for their civilization topic- England and the USA.(http://sdalby.edu.glogster.com/the-differences-between-england-and-america/?=glogpedia-source ). Do you know the next lessons while answering my questions i noticed better results for remebering some facts and info. It was perfect . even the students that are mostly passive like the idea and asked about the possibilities to create such lively posters by themselves. I think you are not going to punish me for sharing such a great treasure ;)))
Another tool is a Bulletin Board. You know i do not use it so often for information, but i like when my students works are shown there, their achivements and results. They are really proud of themselves and give example to other students motivating them to create something more and more attractive and interesting. it can be a postcard in 5th Form, a recept of a national dish in 6th form, a favourite country in 10th form, a disease in the 11th form or some arguments for/cons in 12th Forms.
It is great to sue some new tools but i like my students CREATIVITY :)))
   UPS @@@
One more my lesson plan-) I will show you somehow but attached it in my moodle class.

Still learning analysing and developing.  This week the interesting one and more practical-they make me work very hard :)

So  after exploring Visuwords-these moving vocabulary i was really impressed and attracted by the colours the wide vocabulary that is provided just Click on ;)  It is going to be really cool for 7th form. For example if in 8th form i am going to study  the topic -Film, i will for sure use a "brainstorming" proposed by Visuwords. The students can create  it by themselves and to complete with proposed expressions.

Lingro-is really useful for 9th and 12th Forms because their vocabulary should be improved not only with simple words but also with   Phrasel verbs and their different usage.

The 9th Form was really interested when i proposed them to define the word-to judge, after the presenting results we introduced the word in Lingro-they were astonished, that English has so many expressions with jus a short word-JUDGE ! Now they use the site at my lessons and improve their vocabulary.
